Pros
Most of the people at Ixxus are fantastic, and it's a great place for developers. The business is solid and it's definitely going places.
Cons
While management claim to listen to employees about any issues they're having or what they want, this was not personally the case. It feels very much like an employee is a statistic to be siphoned off to whatever project needs them. Normally this would not necessarily be a bad point, business do work this way. However, upper management will act all chummy and friendly, pretending to listen to your concerns, but ultimately ignoring them.
