      Decent pay, lots of work, secure, forward thinking, lots of terminals across the country, some good people, free uniforms, safety is #1

      Cons

      No incentive to work hard, over work salaried employees due to cutbacks, bad bonus plan for salaried managers, management does not reward for hard work, management does not listen to workers, no good promotion within, could pay more, always "more for less"

      Pros

      Competitive pay, local jobs available, steady work, decent pay for new drivers, growing company with many opportunities across the country. many veteran drivers and career management.

      Cons

      In cab facing cameras. Getting a steady role in the company can take time. No real upper management to communicate with if there is a problem.
