      Pros

      The company is ran extremely well on a corporate level. All of the Managers are extremely nice and I was happy with my experience.

      Cons

      Tough to move up from the Sales Associate or in - house merchandiser to the corporate level within the company.

      - Kept all promises made during interview. - good pay - great associate benefits and health insurance and PTO Healthy work environment

      Cons

      Sometimes traffic can be really slow so it was hard to meet my goals as a full-time stylist.
