      Great product. Talented and visionary CEO. Unique brand that focuses on the right things, mainly quality and creativity. Compensation is on the higher side for retail industry.

      Lack of focus on training and people development. Very slow career progression. Limited opportunities for advancement. Ambiguous goals and contradictory expectations.
