Great Benefits for full time employees, decent employee discount.
Cons
There is only so much growth that you can experience within the company. Once you excel in a specific role there is a tendency to keep that employee in that role with little to no challenge or growth over time. Feedback is often delivered in a passive aggressive manner in a group setting rather than on an individual basis. They are undergoing a drastic amount of change and employees are being spread thin.
