Pros
Discount. Some paid time off after a year. Hour break for every 7 hours worked. Get out at a decent time. And can still have a social life
Cons
Management/ key holders get paid 15 hour to orchestrate the days. Little work, big payoff for them. More work for associates, and we don't see that kinda cash.
