Pros
-Straightforward scheduling, they use Dayforce which is so easy to use. -Amazing discount- including addtl. Discounts at Madewell and J. Crew (retail). Occasional special associate pricing where I’ve gotten sneakers for $5 and winter coats for $15-40. - A lot of company wide contest where you can earn free product, visa gift cards, the store can win money for snacks and be sent gifts. Theres always something kind of “fun” going on. - great benefits, I know they treated my manager incredibly well with maternity leave, they offer 401k even to part time. The company also partners with Plum which provides discounts for entertainment, dining, travel, etc. the company also offers classes for balancing work/life, mental health, etc.
Cons
The only cons I really had working was some personal experiences with the company involving wage issues, and I really didn’t like the changes to the rewards system and the store credit card.
