      Been with the company for over 25 years. Great to work for. Encourages personal development and recognizes and rewards hard work. Recommend the company to anyone.

      Cons

      Hiring process is more tedious than necessary. They need to do a better job explaining to candidates why they were not hired so they can improve for next time.

      Pros

      Good pay and great benefits. Good coworkers. Every other weekend off is nice.

      Cons

      Swing shift is tough. Also, they claim to be a drug free work place but one of the department managers buys marijuana edibles from one of the floor staff members. Hypocrites.
