Some managers are very unapproachable (to the point that they will even ignore you when you speak to them) — the friendly managers are rarely seen in-person as they are at other company locations, so the workplace environment depends on where you are assigned to work. Also, those same unapproachable managers are very quick to make assumptions in decision-making. If you choose to work there, be VERY CAREFUL what you disclose because it may be used against you. Also, there are very little opportunities for growth within the company.
