Pros

Can gain lots of experience, work hands-on with many different individuals, and there is flexibility in shifting into different roles.

Cons

JW never seems to learn - the sales field consistently struggles with the same issues day in and day out (churn and poor managers being one of the biggest factors), there is no HR department or company culture, senior management has a very big wall up and never shares enough information, and most people working here are constantly looking for a way out or see this place as a temporary stepping stone.
