Pros
Company culture is good. Everyone is working towards an aligned goal and that gives the employees good direction. I was working in the Structural engineering team, so the goal was important because I had my whole roadmap clear. Also in my 4 year stint, I have worked on a couple of platforms so learning was very good. You are always working on the most upcoming solutions , the team is working in Precast and BIM 3D. That was a very big value addition for me and my profile. Work hours are flexible, so for me that was good comfort. The innovation is high and you could be discussing and debating complex problems with people at any hour of the day. It's a cool culture and everyone is open to discussions.
Cons
For women, they could start cab services. I know this is not a "must have", but having this would add a lot of value.
