Very flexible. They care about you personally and professionally! I have never worked for a company that cares so much about me and my well being. There are opportunities for me to grow. Company is fully remote, which allows me a lot of flexibility. They care about their employees and their community. Do a lot of philanthropic work which is cool. They actually want to give back to their communities and make a difference, not just doing it for show. Tracy has a big heart.
