Benefits and Salary are great but that's where it ends

Management does not value what their employees have to offer. They have a shut up and do what I say attitude

JACOS used to be owned by a Japanese company. The Japanese are very honest and respectful and care about their employees. We were compensated fairly.

Decision making was slow and ownership was not willing to grow the company.
