Pros
1. You may learn new technology if you get good project, which was only one(project) few months back. 2. Developers are not given much respect. 3. Respect level: BA > Tester > Guard > Developer. 4. In 90 percentage of the project no MVC, WCF. 5. Old approach of solving issues. 6. Projects will be of short deadlines so work pressure will be more.
Cons
1. Many managers are like old Bollywood movies villains, always serious. They want you to sit on your seat for whole 8-9 hours. 2. Sometimes work life may take a hit. 3. No point in telling HR as they only control all the process.
