      Pros

      Everyone is pretty friendly, and if you like feeling being part of a factory this is the place for you.

      Cons

      At the Belfast office the manager's dogs are very unfriendly, and you have to take care of them and their fish when they're out. No chance to progress within the company, unless you're dating management. There's no HR so there's no one to express concerns to. Big alcohol culture with lots of beer outings, always seems like an effort to keep people distracted from the serious problems at this company.

      Good opportunities to develop skills in interesting children's projects

      Cons

      There isn't always continuity between projects, so the contract depends on that, and that creates financial instability for many employees. The salary could be adjusted to the new times.

      Friendly coworkers/ management Remote/Hybrid and in studio options, they trust staff to get the work done and is flexible. Great set up system, IT quick to solve any issues Lovely dogs in the studio

      No cons so far, Studio is doing a great job to try keep staff happy!
