We’re pleased to hear that you find the work interesting in your role as a Data Specialist, it’s also great to know that the location and modern workspace contribute positively to your experience. We appreciate your comments regarding too many rules being in place, however it is important to note that we need to ensure all colleagues are treated equally especially when managed remotely from outside of India. Whilst the aim is not to micromanage colleagues the expectation is that colleagues attend work at the required time and location and if they are unable to do so, provide prior notice. This helps maintain fairness, balance workloads, and support overall wellbeing. Our aim is not to over‑monitor, but to make sure expectations are clear and consistent so everyone can perform at their best.
