Pros

WFH & they like dogs!

Cons

Leadership heavily micromanaged very weird parts of job. Never had a marketing person, team or marketing strategy and… it shows. The systems are disjointed if connected at all - basic field mapping and role definitions for target audience completely absent. Hired for a marketing Manager role - I was forced to do marketing coordination (COO does MM role) and design graphics - not typically in a MM’s wheelhouse.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the role did not meet your expectations. As discussed throughout the interview process, this position was designed to build and advance the foundational elements of marketing within the company—from strategy to content creation—which requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. We understand that early-stage roles can differ from similarly titled positions in larger, more established teams, and that a hybrid environment may not be the right fit for everyone. In new roles, close collaboration is often essential to ensure alignment on messaging, brand standards, and quality. We respect that these dynamics and responsibilities may not have aligned with your preferences. We appreciate the contributions you made during your time with us and sincerely wish you success in all of your future endeavors.

Pros

I truly can't think of anything positive to say at all, tbh

Cons

Leadership - Aloof and disconnected Management - Completely out of touch. Even said as much verbally, like it was somehow a justifiable excuse not to know what is going right in front of them. Program Management - Fake, spiteful and conniving. Project Management - Zero process, no understanding of roles and responsibilities, estimates, Jira, Agile, ... etc. Staffing - Over allocation of resources on client projects. Too many billable individuals doing literally nothing. The blame game, deflection, projection and finger-pointing is in full force here. Says a lot when the CEO comes to this site and gives his own company a 5 star review. Not surprising to see other "positive reviews" with very little substance and context. "Don't believe the hype!". Advice to others, steer clear of this company at all costs. If I was to sum up this company in a word ... TOXIC!
