Office is casual, coworkers are nice and the job is very clear about roles and responsibilities.

no cons. job requires you to drive to other locations if you don't like that

Decent Pay for area (but not on par with competition), PTO is ok.

Management within the Operations department is horrible. They will fabricate stories, make false reports, cover up incidents and more. Safety is not a top priority, you will become an outcast should you decide to try and raise a concern. Want proof? Review their Lock Out/ Tag Out program and the last time is was actually used and documented within the maintenance system.
