Pros
Enjoyed working with my direct team and learned a lot about what I didn't want in a job or working environment.
Cons
Micromanagement, verbally abusive, and old school. Management would repeatedly threaten employees about losing their jobs, and was overall a negative culture. Super high turn over. To top it off, it is a family owned business; there was constant family drama distracting employees. It made things extremely awkward and unprofessional.
