Pros
JBCStyle was my first "real" job after college and I could not be happier with my choice. I started my training in the NYC office where I got to meet Bryan(Founder CEO) and Carrie (Executive V.P). These two really made me feel welcomed and re assured that my lack of knowledge in the fashion industry wouldn't be a problem to excel here. They both were able to give me their professional insight on how to survive the fashion industry. After a week of training in NYC I moved to the LA office where I was introduced to the entire team as well as my supervisor Kalyn. Once I was settled in I knew this company was the place for me. Kalyn is extremely talented and one of the most genuine person I have met. She pushes me to do my best, without micro managing and listening to new hires ideas and concerns. I ended up getting my first placement a month in with more to come! Overall my experience with JBC has been incredible. They have great compensation, Benefits programs, and an amazing company culture. The on boarding structure and process is tailored perfectly for individuals that are newly out of college as well as individuals new to the Talent Acquisition field. Cons
There are not too many bad things I can say about the company. The LA's office location could be better due to the lack of parking and the lack of close by cafes and restaurants. As for NYC the office space is a little packed, they could use a bigger space.
