Pros
The management here in our Round Rock Office have always been supportive of us Realtor's. Even though we are independent contractors, we rely on the support of our company through education, leagal advise, everyday required items to help us with marketing, farming, advertising, etc. JB Goodwin is definately excellent in those areas.
Cons
The only cons would be that we still cater to the newer agents, which is exactly why I loved it when I was new in the business. The experienced agents need support as well in the education, and I see that JB is starting to engage those agents which in the long run will be great for all.
