Too much sales culture by relationship building as part of Chinese state owned enterprise culture Not professional because it's just business clients will do, no other options for big clients because airport advertisement was a monopoly business. The entire sales team was close-minded and anti-intellectual, no friendly attitude to new employees, with a culture to cursing people behind. French senior management were not professional, and the Chinese middle management was poor and immature in leading people. This company had a too much gangster atmosphere.
