      Good employee discounts on clothing and household items.

      Cons

      Hours are extremely inconsistent before and after the holidays. Everything is so unorganized so it was very difficult finding items in the back room for customers. Pay is terrible. You never know what mood management or team members will be in so it’s a lot of walking on eggshells.

      Great Maintenance department with a great team of Managers and Senior technicians to learn from each day.

      its a good starter job for someone in high school

      Cons

      schedule would change at the drop of a hat without being asked about availability. supervisors never answered their phones if you needed to contact them
