Pros

I enjoyed getting to know regular customers. The employee discount was also nice.

Cons

Management was disorganized and often dismissive of employees’ concerns. Hours were inconsistent, communication was poor, and expectations were unrealistic. Upper management constantly pushed impossible sales goals while cutting staff hours, which created a toxic and stressful environment. There was little recognition for hard work, and turnover was extremely high because employees felt undervalued and replaceable. Scheduling was chaotic, and favoritism played a huge role in promotions and opportunities. Overall, the company cared more about numbers than the people working for them.

its a good starter job for someone in high school

Cons

schedule would change at the drop of a hat without being asked about availability. supervisors never answered their phones if you needed to contact them
