Pros

i like the challenge of dealing with the public and helping them when necessary. although i can look professional for work, compensation is dismal at best. after two years of hard work, i got 9 cents for a raise. i feel i was passed over for promotion because i am part time and the other woman was already full time.

Cons

horrible pay, cut hours on a whim, after christmas, you are thrown a bone for your devotion, night time employees who clean the departments should be compensated for this extra grind, while i have asked for full time, i am rejected and it is impossible to get benefits and a living wage, some of the staff is more highly educated than the managers and this is not taken into consideration for management positions. some new people are hired at a wage that many of us had to work up to.
