Pros

Reduced Bureacracy Automony -ability at times to work from home home office facilities, food, starbucks, full gym relaxed dress code-I work my best when I am comfortable It's not about how long you have been there, it's about performance.. Great people to work with overall

Cons

- Leadership in HR does not embrace having an org chart, there are so many changes in our organization right now, I dont know who does what, more challenging then ever to find out our go to people for various functions -Poor communication about changes in the organization . VP's often dont know about all changes that affect them -Very little collaboration -Opinion survey for the associates in the company was eliminated -Chief People Officer Says there are too many VP's and Directors without many direct reports but then has recently hired HR Directors and Sr Directors with ZERO direct Reports. -Sales Access has been cut off to the majority of people in home office, I like knowing my business and where we are to goals

Pros

Laid back work, nice people to work with.

Cons

Sales driven. There doesn't seem to be much training on how they want the cashiers to do their job.
