      Benifts are awful Little career progression No development of people or talents A lot of politics Employees are burned out and under appreciated IT directors are "yes men" and Do not stand up for their people Layoffs

      its a good starter job for someone in high school

      Cons

      schedule would change at the drop of a hat without being asked about availability. supervisors never answered their phones if you needed to contact them
