      Pros

      -Discount (if you like the merchandise) -Used to be flexible with hours (school, 2 jobs, etc - before fair and square)

      Cons

      -New pricing and display program (and the thousands of layoffs that went with it) -Lower management there to "look pretty" and that's about it -No longer flexible with hours (after fair and square) - must have 100% availability and cannot move shifts around to attend college or a 2nd job

      Great Maintenance department with a great team of Managers and Senior technicians to learn from each day.

      Cons

      Pay was low for the work load.

      its a good starter job for someone in high school

      Cons

      schedule would change at the drop of a hat without being asked about availability. supervisors never answered their phones if you needed to contact them
