Employee discount, management allowing you to take time off, work environment is pretty relaxed, most management is nice to work with, co workers are fun.
Cons
Hours will be cut, cut, cut until you're forced to get a 2nd job. Corporate office management has no idea about the type or amount of work that goes on in the actual stores so they make decisions that poorly affect store performance.
