      They promote from within. If you are driven and figure out how to work within an extremely structured culture, you will be ok.

      Cons

      environment doesn't support work/life balance; performance is only factor in determining senior managers - lack of management skills is disregarded.

      its a good starter job for someone in high school

      Cons

      schedule would change at the drop of a hat without being asked about availability. supervisors never answered their phones if you needed to contact them
