      Pros

      When I started the care center, there were lots of opportunities, less now but still plenty of options. Great supervisors, 100% work from home now. Employee engagement committee that runs virtual games and gives out prizes on a weekly/monthly basis. Recent improvements to core systems.

      Cons

      Sometimes the communication is lacking, but it has improved a lot over the years. Some goals maybe be hard to reach for some people

      Great Maintenance department with a great team of Managers and Senior technicians to learn from each day.

      Pay was low for the work load.

      its a good starter job for someone in high school

      Cons

      schedule would change at the drop of a hat without being asked about availability. supervisors never answered their phones if you needed to contact them
