Pros

If you seek a completely unprofessional work experience this is a win win.

Cons

All previous reviews are true and not from disgruntled employees. Truley a terrible place with constant turnover due to the ownerships inability to stay on one course of action. The only constant is that ownership puts 100% of their energy into spying on his employees and pitting each against one another. Their first course of action when you resign is to contact your coworkers, vendors and clients and attempt to dissmantle any relationships and credibility.

I apologize that JDAV is not working out for you as an individual. Being that you are a current employee, maybe we could come up with a plan to better your work experience. We are always looking for new ways to improve morale and to increase employee satisfaction. The company promotes an open space work environment and does not have any reasons or means to “spy” on its employees. We have grown from a 5 person small company to a 55 person large company in the last 22 years. Since 2012 we have grown double in size. Twenty percent of our employees have been here 10 years or more. Ten percent of our employees have been here 5 years or more. Forty percent of our employees have been employed between 2-5 years. Although it has been a challenge because of our growth within the past few years, we have hired more members to accommodate an increasing work flow.

Pros

Absolutely none that I can think of.

Cons

The company policy is no Paid Time Off the first 12 months of employment. If you get sick, you don't get paid if you don't go in. Have a family matter and have to take off a day, you don't get paid. Want to take a vacation....you are not getting a check for that week. And, you don't begin to accrue vacation until year 2.
