Pros
I can't give enough praise about JD Machine and its owner, Matt Wardle. I started at JD in 2014 while going to college. At the time JD was just another job that could help me get through school. Over the next 4 years it became much more than that. The culture at JD is what makes it a special place. It understands the importance of its employees and treats them so well. JD is constantly putting together opportunities to help its employees as well as help those in the community by way of service projects, fund raisers, foot drives, and much more. I felt like a part of the JD family from the beginning and was blessed to have many opportunities to grow and take on additional responsibilities during my time there. It is a great and smart company to work for. I loved my coworkers and the management was great to work with. The only reason I left was because I was accepted into graduate school and had to move away.
Cons
I have no complaints about working at JD Machine.
