      Pros

      There are not any pros to working here. You will think all is well, until they decide to terminate you because the previous guy wants his old job back.

      Cons

      They will terminate you in an instant, with no notice if the person you replaced decides they want their job back. And during training you get to do all the work but get no credit or financial benefit for it.
