They will tell you that every job has “bad reviews” about work/life balance etc. Believe these reviews. I’ve watch people relocate for this job with the promise of making six figures by 25. Just to turn around defeated and scared a couple months in because they moved to a new state for a terrible company. I know someone that got written up twice in one week. they didn’t even give them time to improve on what they were asking for. If you want to be on call 24/7-365 then this job is for you! If you want to never leave your work at the door-then this is the job for you! And if you are fooled by the “the first year is the hardest” line just know every year sucks. I watch someone put in 8 years just to quit because they wanted them to pay someone to watch their book of business WHILE THEY HAD A CHILD. They just merged with WWEX after a location shut down and the CEO was bought out. If that screams success this job is for you!
