While it may seem like "the sky is the limit" at Jear - truth is no one that was hired to work at Jear in 2015 is currently on commission. It's a very long road to get there unless you have connections in the produce/transportation industry. They have an egotistical boss that makes bets with everyone and rarely pays them out. And get ready to bust your behind for 50-55 hours a week for a measly $1000 check. There's many other places to make more money, turn over is high and majority of people on commission were given accounts
