Pros
• Good working culture and work life balance. • Fun working environment - afternoon beer over meeting, company throws the best event in the industry. • JEB is the leader in the industry for glass partitions and it helps that they're well known and trusted in the market.
Cons
• Obvious preferential treatment - you've to be on the "right side" of the team for your opinions to get heard. • TOO aggressive. Can't lose a single big project. They start showing ugly sides of them bashing competitors and clients when we lose a project. • Oddly, a lot of management level personnel has been "asked to leave" one after another. Either management is not promoting the right people to begin with, or they are prone to setting you up for failure.
