Cons
1. Overworking without overtime pay is usual, late night calls for "urgent" task is also usual. 2. Awful management from the owner, blaming the result when he couldn't deliver clear tasks. 3. you can't ask any work-related questions. Apparently, in the owner's opinion, you are wasting his time by answering your questions. 4. small firm with no active project won't provide any possible career software ( SKU, Revit, Autocad, etc.) or equipment (laptop). The owner expects you to pay for the software licenses on your own. 5. doesn't care about employee work-life balance, expecting employees to multi-tasking on every project.
