Pros

My team is great, I value my mid level leadership and the benefits / pay are good!

Cons

JFrog sells you on the idea of a codex, valuing integrity, open communication, team work and innovation. Unfortunately every negative review on here is true. The goals are unattainable, management has no idea what is going on. There is a massive disconnect on the codex that is pushed down your throat and leadership demonstrates the exact antonym of each codex value. When you join a company that is growing and fast paced, change is to be expected and adaptability is key. But this is not the case. It feels like the rug gets ripped out from underneath you, CONSTANTLY. You work so hard to execute your job, just to be told minutes later that’s no longer what’s expected. You go to work everyday with a major lack of job security. People get fired left and right with no reason. People are uncomfortable to speak up because there’s a fear of being axed. For a company that rides on the value of open communication, there isn’t any. The entire operation lacks integrity. Truly, if you value yourself do not work here.

Pros

Great People - You can rely on your coworkers Great Culture - Everyone has a go getter attitude, very willing to help. Fun and frequent work events Great Compensation - Market rates + RSUs Lots of room to grow - Company is growing, offers and supports moving up and even transitions roles Work life balance - Work life balance is good Training - lots of time to ramp up. Very surprised and impressed by how much time they give you to get ready to work on your own. Challenging - This might be a negative for some people, but the work is challenging, a lot is expected of you.

Cons

Not too many cons from my perspective. Probably the best corporate job I've ever had. Training - While I mentioned this as a pro. I felt the training was long and difficult to retain. Most of the learning comes from doing your job Challenging work, but if you can hang with it. It is very rewarding
