The product itself is solid and has a strong market presence. Really talented, kind and hardworking colleagues

Extreme micromanagement – Every move is monitored, and you're treated like a robot, like working in a call center, tracking calls Fear-mongering culture – Leadership rules by intimidation, creating an environment of stress and paranoia. De-motivational leadership – Instead of inspiring, management crushes morale. C-level insanity – The executives only talk about themselves, their wealth, and their dreams to buy big houses and boats —zero care for employees. Zero work life balance, people are expected to work even on their days off and in the night time

Pros

Great People - You can rely on your coworkers Great Culture - Everyone has a go getter attitude, very willing to help. Fun and frequent work events Great Compensation - Market rates + RSUs Lots of room to grow - Company is growing, offers and supports moving up and even transitions roles Work life balance - Work life balance is good Training - lots of time to ramp up. Very surprised and impressed by how much time they give you to get ready to work on your own. Challenging - This might be a negative for some people, but the work is challenging, a lot is expected of you.

Cons

Not too many cons from my perspective. Probably the best corporate job I've ever had. Training - While I mentioned this as a pro. I felt the training was long and difficult to retain. Most of the learning comes from doing your job Challenging work, but if you can hang with it. It is very rewarding
