      Pros

      Life Insurance is 3 times the CTC which is the most welcoming factor to be appreciated. Transparent work culture, no politics, salary on time (25th of every month), cab facilities, HR policies are good and communication is open, opportunity to grow with the company and etc,.

      Cons

      Overseas travel policy is not clear and secondment allowance are not lucrative.
