      Pros

      Team environment. Large enough company for advancement - small enough company that you know you co-workers and management knows who you are. Great employee benefits including a 401K w/match, med/dental/vision, short/long term disability and life insurance. Company has a strong safety culture and is all for career and personal development - leadership training, ESL classes and more. Annual evaluations and increases. Employee family events such as Hershey Park trip, Reading Phillies, boot truck, holiday parties and more. Our shop works 5-10 hour shifts Monday - Friday with optional Saturdays. Work is plentiful! Management truly cares about the team.

      Cons

      Must enjoy working in a high production environment. We do not do the same thing every day. Different processes & techniques used are project based and change as the projects do.

      Great team environment Fair pay Opportunity for experience in multiple crafts Long term project potential

      Cons

      No benefits for temp workers until 7 months of service Ownership and upper management vision for the company does not coincide with retaining valuable talent long term Communications between office and field is lacking Personal relationships with the right people will dictate how far you go with this group. Not necessarily merit or skill.
