Long hours, unorganized, poor management

Work colleagues are pretty good, kids are cute and fun mostly, apparently not bad compared to some other hagwons.

Long hours, breached many verbal contracts and written contract - doing 45 hours instead of the max 40 hours incl. teaching 30 hours, at one point had no break whatsoever and was doing 6 hours of teaching in a role 5 times a week, nowhere near where they said the location would be, have to remain within school even during unpaid times. Too busy to help you most of the time, takes too long to get help, no breaks sometimes, expect you to know what you are doing from the get go, no training/breaking in help, too busy to have a pleasant working environment and to get to know or get along with colleagues, 3 of your paid holidays are called for, have basically no holidays, disorganized at times. Basically feel deceived, yet get no help when needed, have to remind them many times and weeks later have to remind them again after being told they'd get back to me.
