There are no pros. The only pro may be your told you get off at 430 but plan to be there to 7 pm at least. And it's expected not appreciated
Cons
Management definitely shows favoritism and tells their pets others business. Very gossipy and not a team. Management is the worse of them all with the gossiping and causing their employees feel inferior. I have never been so disrespected. Claim to be all about family and there for there employees but not true. Not all of us can work for daddy. And have the easy road
