      - an exciting product and business model that's disrupting the industry - a lot of brilliant and talented people who are passionate about their work - the chance to work on an app that's revolutionary in concept - friendly co-workers who are willing to listen and help - cool people who i remain very close with - awesome location on 5th ave

      Pros

      I am very appreciative of my time at JOOR. Working at JOOR over the course of the last 4 years has been a really rewarding experience. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback, and they’ve created an environment where people feel valued. I’ve had plenty of opportunities to grow professionally, whether through mentorship, new responsibilities, or just being encouraged to bring ideas to the table. The company also does a great job of maintaining work-life balance. Thanks again for 4 amazing years.

      Cons

      No place is perfect, but most of the challenges here are normal growing pains or things leadership is actively working to improve.
