Nothing all is good well

In a region that is very challenging, Joynext provides many perks that are attractive not only as satisfies but as delighters: ev charging stations, in and out shuttle, a restaurant-cantine with very affordable prices and healthy options. Moving into the content, I have observed some level of empowerment for employees at different levels.

A transition into modern management is taking place, there is no chance to reward high performers in a stronger fashion since it is not possible to do performance management in an individual manner.
