Pros
Focused and yet casual culture--good balance between work focus and socializing, and everyone seems to actually listen to each other (nowhere is perfect, but JRA is among the best I've worked for or with) Healthy approach to pressure--it gets distributed fairly, but never too heavily. People take responsibility for their actions and others respect them, so very little friction between people but things still get fixed. Room for growth -- at least in my job (which is uncommon in the company, granted) there's a lot of room to gain new skills and help is appreciated even if it isn't in my expertise.
Cons
Customers can be unpredictable. Roles and tasks are not always clearly defined... though they are most of the time. I guess they could do better with hiring diversity? I have not witnessed or heard of any discrimination here, but I also haven't seen any female engineers or builders.
