Disappointing and Ridiculous...Read This - Anonymous employee JR286 Employee Review

Aside from the above pros, there are too many cons to even list! Similar to what the other reviews conclude, the culture here is ridiculous. I have never worked for a company where employee morale was so low, turn over was so high, the energy was so negative, and upper management was so political, disrespectful, immature, unfocused, and unfit for their status's. Please take this as a fair warning and don't ignore the red flags like myself and many others here did, and stay away if you're considering a position here. Trust, me there's much better out there. Everyone here is spread ridiculously thin, and other than struggling to keep up with their own functions, priorities change literally every day, as senior management is constantly altering "processes" because they struggle to lead, causing anxiety across all departments. There are few managers here who are notorious for starting trouble and creating hostility between other departments as if they're in some juvenile competition to impress the CEO. Political games truly do hurt the culture here, and a lot of what goes on is extremely unethical (there is no HR department, FYI). The awkward, dysfunctional culture creates a huge gap in communication between many departments so they're almost never aligned and any sort of meeting held to attempt to re-align is very uncomfortable and results in safety follow-ups in case one person "drops the ball" so managers can have someone to blame or sometimes uses their own people as scapegoats. The level of insecurity and immaturity amongst a couple managers is unlike anything I've witnessed and if you're serious about self-development and personal enrichment, a culture like this and this kind of energy is nothing you need to experience. You'll end up unhappy, uninspired, and mentally drained like 90% of the employees there currently. It is very disappointing to work around this and people are leaving and/or trying to leave every day.
