Pros

At the time, it was a convenient location from where I lived. Other than that, absolutely NO pros to this place.

Cons

Where to start? The management is unbelievably bad, and the owner is a psychotic, megalomaniac, incompetent, abusive, homophobic racist who has absolutely NO regard for his employees. He would literally throw things at employees when he was throwing a fit, which was more often than not. He would scream at the top of his lungs at anyone and everyone, and he is abusive beyond belief. I can't believe he hasn't been sued by someone yet. He said the company was in trouble and yet when he did manage to show up in the office he would be late, take a long lunch, and then leave early, but he would yell at everyone for not doing their job and blame the failings of the company on them. I cannot warn anyone enough to stay away!! The turnover rate is very high, because either people leave as soon as they are hired or are fired for whatever reason the insane owner thinks. No one is given the tools they need to succeed, and I saw the management force people to quite by removing job responsibilities from them and then screaming at them for not doing anything. I think this place is the perfect example of the Asylum being run the lunatics. This is the absolute worst work experience I have ever endured. I wish there was an option for "0" stars, or even negative stars. I really can't stress how awful this place is. This is where career dreams come to die a slow, abusive death.

Pros

Best company culture I’ve experienced: friendly, collaborative, and results-driven. Clear focus on professional development – training programs, certifications, and mentorship. Managers encourage people to work together. Supportive and knowledgeable coworkers who share their expertise and answer my questions. Flexible PTO policy and retirement benefits.

Cons

Would be nice to have more opportunities to socialize with my coworkers.

Pros

The people were not hostile, but the environment was not set up to properly support anyone new.

Cons

• I received absolutely no onboarding during my first week, not even the most basic introduction. • No one sat down with me, there was no documentation, and no explanation of how anything was supposed to work. • I was given a desk and a computer that barely functioned and left completely on my own. • I spent the next two months struggling just to understand basic workflows that should have been clearly documented or at least explained once. • People were polite enough when I had to repeatedly ask questions, but the expectation that I would somehow learn everything through guesswork was completely unreasonable. • By the third month I had wasted enormous amounts of time reinventing processes and working inefficiently because no one provided proper training.
