Colleagues are mostly friendly, willing to help each other but due to the high turnover rates your friendly colleagues will keep on changing.
Cons
1. No fixed Pay day for some staff, Management pay out their salary depends on their mood.(I hope you don't be the one, because you need to queue up for your salary) 2. You will regret if you did not read carefully on your Offer letter, think twice before you put pen to any contract paper. 3. You will be "Educate" by management if you want the letter from them to apply PR, it will be a long and stressful process, foreigner who have intention to apply Singapore PR please think twice. 4. Don't trust any 4-5 stars review in other recruitment platform, obviously it is not come from the employee.
